  Neil, Andrew and others from OVL are a customer service company that used to be the norm, but sadly CUSTOMER FIRST is fading into the distance for many others. This Broker has had my business for a second term of 3 years, previous contract they sorted out was 4 years.If you are changing vehicles to the same model, I would suggest you ensure the level of trim you had is at least matched with what is on offer. I made a lot of assumptions as in the VAN World, with a shortage of components and rising prices, Manufacturers are cutting corners all over the place. This is not a brokerage fault, so buyer beware, check the very small tiny print.PS 8 Speed Auto Peugeot Partner van is just wonderful for the aging Van Driver...

However last year we decided to standardise the way we procured our vehicles and Scott at OVL was instrumental in helping us draft a Vehicle Policy.
